How do I backup my data? What if I get a new iPhone, how do I transfer my data?:

Every time you sync your iPhone / iPod Touch, iTunes checks to see if data has changed in Cardio Track. If it has, iTunes makes a Backup of your data. If you ever need to restore your phone or iPod, you can choose to restore from this backup. If you get a new iPhone, you can setup the new phone from that backup.

Note: There is currently no way to restore data to an individual application. You must restore the Device. It only takes a minute or two and will not erase your music, etc.

Suggestions on Updating:

The safest way to update an application is to download the update from iTunes and then sync your iPhone / iPod Touch.

If you have to update your application directly on the device, you should not do anything else until the update is complete. The icon will display a progress bar that will slowly fill until the update is complete and the progress bar disappears.

Some people have experienced data loss if running other apps while an App is updating. If you update an App during a Sync (via iTunes) the device locks so this problem is avoided.

If your data is lost, you can restore the device and restore your data.
